FAT FRANK'S CATERING

What makes us unique?

Catering, let alone having a private chef, is seen by many as a luxury not many could take part of. We wanted to change this. The concept we created was luxurious, yet not more expensive than making the food yourself. Our ability to deliver hot food from a portable kitchen that can be placed indoors as well as outdoors, only requiring access to electicity makes us a favourite for offices, garden-parties, exebitions, you name it. We fit it all.

2023

London

Breaking into a new market outside the Nordics has always been a major goal for us at Fat Frank’s. In the second half of 2022, we began working towards launching Fat Frank’s Catering in London. Swedish-British William Persson joined the team, and in May 2023, we officially opened bookings in London. Interest in our catering grew quickly, and on May 7th, the team headed to the Garth family’s home in North London to cater our very first event.

2020

Copenhagen

We go international! Another big step. Being able to offer our service in another country felt great. This time we needed to adapt a little more. Apparently the danish people all want pizza with potato on..!

2019

Malmo!

During the second half of 2019 we entered a new city. This time, Malmo. A natural step moving further south.

2018

Gothenburg!

Our idea was officially a business. We had employees and cusomters. Stockhom had been a success, so why wouldnt other cities also want our service? We put it to the test by opening up in Gothenburgh 2018. We were officially a multi city cateirng compnay.

2016

We outgrew our restaurant

As the bookings became more frequent, we quickly realised that we could not oporate within our restaurnat and would need our own space. We found a larger space on Lindingö which has become our home, and still is to this day

2015

Fat Frank's Catering first private catering

Our first catering came a couple after our live performance in Sundbyberg. A private event on a penthouse balcony at one of swedens most famous families. If they wanted our service, we knew that many more bookings would come.

Fat Frank's Catering first pizza baked

Our first ever event was during a marketing day in Sundbyberg centre. We took the oportunity to show off our concept which quickly resulted in a few bookings. At this point we knew we could be on to something special

Fat Frank's Catering is founded

Early 2015 the idea was born. We wanted to take our restaurant to the customer. Not the other way around. With pre-baked pizza bases from a bakery in Italy and specially made portable pizza ovens, we had a what we needed to set up something completely new.
